Reservation Read-Only Access
When the role of the logged-in user contains read-only access to the Reserve feature, the user may view an asset reservation, but the user may not add, edit, or delete a reservation.
- Select Assets > Reservations from the navigation pane. The Reservations page appears.
- Select a reservation in the Select Reservation portion of the page. Click the drop-down arrow in the Reservation Number field to view a list of reservations; select the reservation number to view from the list that appears. The reservation information is displayed onscreen.
- When you are finished viewing this reservation, click the Cancel icon to clear the page of the reservation being displayed.
