Reservation Read-Only Access

When the role of the logged-in user contains read-only access to the Reserve feature, the user may view an asset reservation, but the user may not add, edit, or delete a reservation.

  1. Select Assets > Reservations from the navigation pane. The Reservations page appears.

  1. Select a reservation in the Select Reservation portion of the page. Click the drop-down arrow in the Reservation Number field to view a list of reservations; select the reservation number to view from the list that appears. The reservation information is displayed onscreen.

  1. When you are finished viewing this reservation, click the Cancel icon to clear the page of the reservation being displayed.
